my wife doesn't like to stay with me & she want my home & money

I am from hindu. With master planning of my father-in-law, My wife doesn't like to stay with me. She went her father home before 5 years. Their relative beated me & my mother without crime. My wife wants my mother's home & my money. My daughter with her. May 2014 to Jan 2017 she was at her father home, from Feb 2017 to Feb 2019 at my home. I called chennai in Feb 2017, She refused to chennai. Please give me best suggestions to separate.
the person may file divorce under section 13b of Hindu marriage act. this means mutual consent divorce. the contents should be simple and it will be ended within 8 month of its filing. henceforth you may file with mutual consent divorce.
