my wife cheated on me. Can I case against wife's boyfriend

It has been a year since I got married. My wife talks to another man on the phone for a long time. The boy with whom my wife talks is also married. The boy keeps instigating my wife against me and pretends to be in love with her. All this has hurt my self-respect a lot and I am always very tensed. Because of this there is a dispute in the house. I have the WhatsApp chat and some recordings of my wife and this boy. Can I file a case against this boy?

you cannot file a case against that boy but another remedy is that you can file a Divorce petition against your wife on the ground of adultery
prosecuting that boy is toughest so I advise you that you can file a Divorce against your wife

no you cant file a case against him bcoz your wife will fully talk him. if your wife ready then you can file a complaint against his friend. first you talk to your wife and block her friend. if she not agree for this then issue her a legal notice for legal separation. surely she take action.
