First of all you have to get a petition ready under section 9 HMA against your wife just to call her back in your matrimonial life. And then you can file a complaint with the police station of area regarding her everyday behaviour. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Hey!
You can always challenge the maintenance petition filed by your wife and also file a complaint under section 340 CRPC if she has concealed her employment from the court.
She has no right to your office asking for payslip.

A wife leaving her husband and children without having sufficient reasons for doing so is not entitled to maintenance from her husband. The court is very strict in such disputes and there is a settled position of law in this regard. A wife can only claim maintenance when she is unable to sustain herslef and maintain her children.
