collect all the evidences and file a divorce notice...since she cheated you ,you can request for fast track disposal of the case..and no need of maintenance if you have children then you can ask for custody if you like to have them with you..if you need legal filing help you can contact me.

If your wife was already married at the time of your marriage and did not disclose it, this is a serious legal issue. Such a marriage can be treated as void under law. File a petition in court, and File a cheating case against her and others involved if facts are proved , Seek separation immediately and avoid further complications If you simply want to live separately, you can proceed legally to end the relationship and protect yourself. I’d your wife cheats by not informing first marriage and pls let us know is she taken divorce first marriage and if u don’t want to continue this marriage then go for divorce and approach us we will help u in getting divorce

consult a advocate discuss scenario with him and proceed for divorce stating that she has married without informing me and you can file a case on her by moving for second marriage. you can demand her for moving to second marriage

hi if they had hid the fact that she was married earlier and performed the marriage with you then you could file a petition in court seeking dissolution of marriage in court and obtain necessary orders
