In legality shotrium lands are not purchase able not saleable it's only transferable, but in certain cases the district collector has the power to accept the petition of the petitioner in case if he doesn't have money to survival or emergency medical issues but it's the sole discretion of the collector to decide by an investigation.

in recent supreme court judgement the court observed that if wife had child with out the consent of husband since there is a husband wife relationship is still persist the husband had to pay the maintenance to child. so even if yougo for paternity test even the court declares that the child is not yours you may get a divorce.

you yourself agreeing that you signed on the agreement that's enough why witnesses there are so many case laws where witnesses are not necessary when the accused accept there crime. if still you think you have not agreed for signature and deny all allegations go and file appeal immediately.

there is nothing like time out with pawn brokers untill you pay the interest regularly and timely...in case delay you can pay with fine he cannot deny your gold items send him a proper notice through an advocate every thing will set right.
