Q: Procedure for filing injunction

I paid fees to my advocate for filing injunction order on a flat in Chennai, which is on my daughter's name. I have mortgage d my gold with the bank for purchase of the flat. But to my dismay, my daughter has documented that the flat which is in her name was purchased with her own earnings. My advocate is not showing me proof of the injunction order. I need help. I am a senior citizen with no source of income

first what for you filed injunction??? make it clear..second why you gave money to your advocate to file injunction?? when it's matter of transaction for buy and sell. if you mortgaged gold with the bank is there any evidence that you purchased your flat with that money....did you signed while purchasing the flat as witness???? it clearly shows that you daughter and you have some disparities now...so you want it back for your livelihood

Q: seeking advice to Vacate/Neutralize the Reliefs/Directions of the DV

In a DV case, the DV Court issued an order on 09.11.2023 providing maintenance, compensation of Rs. 1 lakh, a protection order against R1–R5, and the return of gold ornaments. The respondents appealed but ultimately settled the matter through a MOU and joint compromise recorded by the courts, without vacating or modifying the original DV order. The question is whether the DV order still stands due to its monetary and non-monetary directives, and what legal remedy exists to neutralize or vacate

since you had an MOU so when you are going to settle that matter if that is settled and had a written documents with NO due you can approach the same bench both sides should present and accept ...In such case the judge may accept and close the case or else he may direct the parties to lok adalth to settle.

Q: Multiple Cases filed by wife and she is from Bangalore

My wife filed MC Bangalore and I filed for rcr and she filed dvc and got ex parte intrem Maintanence order and recently I got rcr ex party decree my side(husband).It’s only a month Can I send a legal notice to wife to come and join matrimony home, also interim awarded to pay 10k, I am not paying since 1.5 years what will be the next procedure? 1. Can I file execution petition? My wife filed another Maintanence case new!

if the outcome is zero then for ego you are making your advocate to work for you think for a moment and if both want to get apart go for mutual divorce or take a decision with proper distribution of asset if any.

Q: How to withdraw 302 CrPr case?

He's male and has 45 years old He got imprisonment in May 2022 with case 302 his wife fabricated proved he has murdered his small daughter but She was in anger with him during verbal arguments she pushed 6 months baby but he didn't noticed, when he saw baby was looking not good condition so he himself rushed to the hospital

though your case is not cleared is he proved and sentenced for imprisonment you are saying the case is in may 2022 almost 4years back is still the case is proceeding ....yes the case can be opened with appeal in uppercourt... contact me we can discuss further.

Q: Inadequate response for RTI filed to SP office.

How should I proceed further when the RTI response for every question is answered with nil and not applicable. Should I file the same to first appellate. If so should I attach the copy of the response from first RTI. Please provide detailed guidance.

it's better if you address the same to the concern collector though she is also the first appleate,if your problem is solved here no further proceedings if not file a petition in highcourt.....and one more thing since you are filed in SP office is it a sensitive matter which can not be made public in such matters RTI won't work if it's related to public issues then your petition is made valid.
