My son married jan21. Both are living in New Jersey.

After she went to New Jersey to live with him, started harassing him and her parents too. She left him after getting job residing seperately. Issued legal notice for divorce and demanded money. Can we file cruelty Case from Hyderabad and seeking divorce. We have some audio and video proofs.

Yes you can file in Hyderabad for divorce case and cruelty ...she living in US separately from last how many she living separately...approach us we will file a petition at court and get the divorce for your son

hi yes you could file for divorce under cruelty category if marriage is performed at Hyderabad then you could file petition here and that there is last known address is hyderabad and then you could file here if both of them should stayed ar hyderabad
