My Son in Law is not living with my daughter since 16-07.2019.

My Daughter (Yadav) has got marry as per Hindu Act in Nov.2011. She lives in Bangalore with her husband. Her Husband is living separate since a month. What can we do form Delhi.
As per Hindu Marriage Act, if any of the spouse leaves matrimonial home without any reasonable cause then the other spouse can file a petition in the court to seek order for bringing back his or her spouse . In your case if the marriage was solemnised in Delhi then the petition may be filed in Delhi

As per the contents you have stated yes ur daughter can file an application in the women cell and can file complaint in in concerned Police station ... it's difficult to elaborate every thing in writing ..u can come to have a meeting so that we can proceed further
