Dear Recipient Once the person dies, the proceedings automatically cease. On the next hearing, it needs to be informed and accordingly the case is disposed. However, with respect to property party, whether there was any will or not. If will is there, nothing to be worried. If not, then, it becomes difficult. For more, you may contact me Regards

the divorce petition is already dismissed. bcoz it's get infectious. but that bride is have right to get maintenance and ger stridhan from grooms father or relatives. but if you give her any amount of that agreement in first motion then she not entitled for getting again maintenance from you.

Hello , I have seen your query carefully and found that you just want to ask the legal status and rights of the wife of your deceased son after his death and when the petition for divorce is still pending. in this situation the petition for divorce is become infatuctious and petition will be dismissed and the liability of payment of one time of Rs. ten lakh is also not enforceable. But the wife is still legally wedded wife of your son is entitled to get her share in the property of her husband. if you need any further information or clarification then please contact me
