my nephew is liveing with a married girl (1 child) he left home

Greetings of the day!!!nMy nephew (age 28) working has left home and is living with a married woman having a child of 12 years old. Being parents and family members what we can do? We are all explaining to him but he is not believing our words it is wrong socially.Please guide us about our legal rights in such situations being family members/parents.thanks

Hello... Since they both are major so they are free to live together....You cannot stop them to live together... You can lodge F.I.R. against that women for cheating...or you can send a legal notice to that women...for meeting and get it all clear... You can call or text me for further perusal... Thank You...

you can complained or report this incident to the local police station, stating that you fear the old lady can cause some kind of harm to your Nephew. it should be bring in the notice of the local police that the lady should be informed to keep herself away from your Nephew. contact for complete guidance. sabse pahle ap apne nephew ko property se eviction ka ek suit Court mai file kare kyuki ho sakta hai vo women apke nephew ki property mai share ke liye uske saath ho phir uss women ke against ap ek complaints file kare ke wo women apko mentally or socially apko harm pahucha rahi hai
