As you have written in your problem that you have filed an application under 156 3 CrPC against you in the court and domestic violence and other cases against your husband are pendingAnd you want to live in your husband's house but your father-in-law has mortgaged the ancestral house in the bank

dear client, Protection of women from domestic violence act 2005 gives you the right to reside in a shared household. Transfer of house by your husband in favour of your father in law doesn't matter and cannot curtail your right to reside in that house. You need an experienced law expert to proceed with your case. on the above mentioned query please inform the mortgagee financial institution about the tranfer of such property. this is crime. without permission or intimation of bank, no one can transfer a mortgaged property in favour of anyone. secondly file a application in DV case for accomodation in the matrimonial house or husband's property. the court should have to order for accommodation because during pendency of case no one can eject you from your husband property. ejectment is applicable when desertion is proved.
