My marriage date is 10th May 2022 , wife refuses to live together and gone yo her parents house , nor calling me nor attending my calls and here parents also supported her decision what to do

You can file for divorce if u want to take divorce from her and if You have been apart from each other for more than six months and you think it is good for you. You are happy alone and you do not need your partner to make your life complete and If she refuses to take divorce by consent u can file one side divorce.

As you have written in your problem that you were married on 10 May 2022 And your wife is leaving you and living with her parents and she is not giving any response to you, in such a situation, you do not have grounds for divorce, which you cannot file for divorce before 1 year. File a section nine case now to bring your wife

If you want to live together and your wife and her family is not ready or refuse beck your home then you have one options *file the petition in section 9 hindu merriage act in the concern court then the court may decide your problem
