My husband was forced by my in laws to apply for divorce. They made him to abuse me physically and mentally so I will leave him. So I couldn't stop placing FIR against my husband and in-laws. How to stop the divorce?

Hai Madam, Contest the divorce case that was filed by your husband. and try to compromise the FIR that was registered by you. there are legal ways to compromise 498a matters. Compromising the complainant may make your husband to withdraw the divorce petition

you can not stop to file divorce petition from your husband against you but even he cannot get divorce from you easily he has to prove and he has to show some evidence to get divorce against you and he Wii not get easily don't worry

I understand ur question ur husband and in laws are forcing to u get a divorce and abusing u physically and mentally so if u want ur husband u will file restitution of conjugal rights (RCR) so who filed the divorce ? if ur husaband filed the divorce u have to take action against him and fight with him strongly under the law and represent it to the court with restitution of conjugal rights (RCR) now u have to collect evidences to prove it to the court that u are innocent . thank you for asking question
