The act committed by your husband is cruelty and is a good ground for divorce. For Divorce, we can approach the Family Court and you can demand maintenance for yourself and your children. You can expect getting maintenance within 2-3 months of filing the case. For proper guidance, visit my office at the High Court by taking a prior appointment.

It is your personal matter whether you want to get divorced or not. But if you want to take divorce, then along with divorce, you can also file maintenance case and domestic violence case. And you can also demand maintenance for your children, you can also demand a lump sum amount by Court.
