My husband wants to get divorce from me for second marriage

Hi , My name is parveen , I am 25 years old i am a muslim. i am working in an IT Company ..i got married at 20 to my uncle's son , my mom's younger brother's son.. we din give dowry what they expected . my husband is not going for any job and not taking care of me and my kids so i fought with my husband came to my home .. this often happens if i question my husband and in laws .. my son is now with my husband and i am having my girl with me in my mother's home.. since my mom dint money and jewels they tortured me everyday .. so i asked my husband to come separate but he is not ready to come .. they are asking me to quit job and take care of kids in a rental house with 7K .. which is not possible i ignored to quit my job so now he has applied in court for divorce to get marry again .. is that possible ? i want to live with my husband separately ..can you please advise me to get rid of this ?
