16-Jun-2023 (In Divorce Law)
AtioHello I was in my ninth month of pregnancy and my inlaws and husband created stressful environment for me. I was very stressed and disturb with their behavior and suddenly my baby died inside my womb. I suspect, it was the stress and high bp that killed my baby as all my and my baby reports were completely healthy. But after my discharge, my mother in law created a scene abusing me that i killed my baby. At this, the conflict rose and since then my husband is annoyed from me. It's been 3 months and now my husband want divorce from me. He has crossed all his limits. He didn't ask me food postpartum and till date. But he has not given me even a single penny since then. He stays away from home most of the times, spends his weekend out without informing me, doesn't eat my cooked food and now when cylinder is empty and no eatables are at home, he is neither giving me any money nor gets anything at home n asked me to look for my own shelter. M earning 9k only.wat should I do?

You can file domestic violence case against your husband and in- laws, and demand expenses and protection order....you can also get an order that no one can remove you from your shared/ matrimonial home.
