My husband want to take divorce but iam not ready to give divorce

Iam not ready to take divorce but my husband is forcing me for the same
husband forcing to give divorce but as you said you are not ready immediately you can send a legal notice for Restitution of conjugal rights and after you can file. a RCR case against your husband to join, mean while you have to file a Maintenance case.

In case you do not wish to give divorce you may contest the case. However if you are husband is living separately or had deserted you then you may file RCR petition. In the said case the court if they find merit in your case will order your husband to live with you.
