My husband refuse divorce but I want divorce and my son

My parents forced me to marry their nephew. I married him by Force. but I dont like him. He treat me in wrong way since my marriage, I refuse him and went back to my parents . after my marriage I got job . my husband jobless. I have a son in IUI process . my husband is not biological father of my son. I married in 2009 but I am living with my husband since last year only. But we don't have any physical relationship . That's why he always scolds me. One day He check my WhatsApp without my permission and find love chat with my male friend. My husband torchering me and my son on my extra marital affair.He scoliding and punishing me and my son . He refused divorce and threatening me .Can I get divorce and my son.

sure you can take divorce from your husband. so you are saying that your son's biological father was not your husband, I think your boyfriend is biological father of your son. what is problem with your husband . If you don't want to live with your husband and no good relation with him. then you can take divorce from him. after that you can marry any other. if you want you can contact me at my office .
