My husband living in Poland from past 2 years. Is trying to sell house

My husband is selling house I am staying in... I don't want to sell the house... What can I do.. Also he said he has filed divorce in court.. I am yet to receive notice..
You can file a domestic violence case against him. You will get protection order as well as residence order in the said proceedings. Simultaniously you can file restitution of conjugal rights case in family court and send notice to him. He will have to appear in family court. Apart frim this you can file a case and get a stay order in civil court.

You have conjugal rights, under sec 9, of Hindu Marriage Act. And even if you get a legal notice for Divorce you can contest saying that you don't want to give divorce or deny divorce and ask for your conjugal rights as wedded wife to him. Nobody has right to ask you leave or vacant your matrimonial home.
