My Husband isn't with me after one child

Hello, I am facing issues with my husband as he is not coming back and left me with one child which is 2 yr old. I am one of his friend who is sending this message from her end, please suggest any legal aid that could be helpful for me at the moment

aap kya chahte hai, aap apne husband ke sath rehna chahti hai ki nhi ye Clear kre pehle , aap apne aur apne child k vishay me kya chahti hai, kaisi problem hai mental, physical torture , such like cruelty

I am writing this in reply to the woman's query. You can file for a Divorce under Hindu Marriage Act if Hindu or under Dissolution of Muslim Marriage Act if Muslim. Desertion is a widely acceptable ground for the grant of divorce. You can file for maintenance for yourself and your child under Section 125 of the CrPC. I hope, all your streedhan is in your own possession. If not you must retrieve that too.

if your husband has deserted you without any cause & reason you may file maintinance for yourself & your child. do approach the nearest local police station and also lodge a complaint stating the reasons therein.
