Q: My brother's wife left 15 y Can it be declared void and can i re-marry
My brother's wife left me in 2005. From then they are living seprately. Can this marriage be declared void. Can he re-marry without going for divorce? What happens if he re-marry now ?

no. without divorce, can't marriage, , by the court you should declare marriage null and void then you can , otherwise you can be punished in under section 494 indian penal code,if you remarriage, your marriage will be void

Can i marry a girl with same gotra? We both are Dixit. Can her family challenge our marriage in the court? We are Hindu Brahmins.

no, you can't marriage same gotra because it's marriage is prohibited by Hindu Marriage Act 1955, and null and void by law, Brahmins is same gotra but you can marriage, marriage can not be invalid, through rule case

my wife is not living with me for last 10 months. she doesn't want to live with my mother who is cancer patient. she wants that i just leave my mother but I can't do this. now i want to file divorce but i fear that she can file counter case against me like dowry. so please advise me how can i file divorce safely.

if you file divorce then your wife counter against you, but you can file u/s 9 restitution of conjugal right, then you can convert it into divorce petition, judicial separation is the best to you ,then you can convert if into divorce.
