You have got many options. You can approach the police for the registration of FIR. And if you wish to go legal then you always file a Domestic Violence case against your husband and in-laws. You can also before going for divorce can file for 125 CrPC and claim your monthly maintenance. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Your issue regarding matrimonial dispute is serious and it is advisable to act promptly as the time is of essence in matrimonial cases. You can file a complaint under DV Act and further for seeking maintenance by filing a maintenance petition. You can also file a divorce petition on the ground of cruelty. Your child is just nine months old? So custody till or up to 5 years of age would always remains with mother until there are some exceptions like if mother is not mentally fit or there are other exceptions …but in your case every thing seems good, so you can hire one advocate & file a case of domestic violence where in you can pray to the court to get the custody of your child and you can even asked for monetary relief, residence custody order etc …We need more facts on this …please be in touch..thank you
