I am 30 yr old, recently relieved from Asst manager post in a Public Sector Bank, mother of a 2 year old. Soon after my relieving in May’23, my husband manipulated me in going to my maternal home saying he is burnt out and things are very hectic at work so please give me a break for some days. I complied and after 15-20 days he said i want to divorce you and plz dont come back. I came back anyway to noida after couple of months but he is living separately in delhi and visits on sundays. Your husband should have strong ground to give you divorce. If he is not having a good ground then don't worry, he cannot give you divorce. For more information you may contact us. Thanks and Regards

dear client as per your query I can only suggest that if he visits that is a positive sign try to resolve the issues if you can take help from close friends don't go legally as you have a son because divorce is the last option if nothing else can be solved by both the parties for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.

Yes you can file DV complaint again but the ground on which you file fresh DV complaint should be recent incidences of domestic violence not those domestic violence incidences which were part of previous DV complaint case and were compromised between both parties and that DV complaint was withdrawn.

Unilateral divorce in India is not easy thing to get and if contested by the not consenting spouse the divorce proceeding are long and tedious. The chance of getting divorce is also difficult to get unless the petitioner spouse has very strong ground for divorce and it's is proved with sufficient admissible evidence in the Family Court. Your husband seek divorce that you should contest and try level best to avoid him to get with help of competent and experienced Family lawyer.
