My husband is planning to take away my child

I am a working woman, living away from my husband for last 1 year. My 7 year old is with me. I have already filed case under 125 and another case for domestic violence against my husband. My husband has mentioned multiple times that he will take away my son soon and settle in a different city without my knowledge. Till date, my son is attending online classes and goes out only with me. So i am able to guard him. But now schools are opening up and soon he will go to school. I have fear that one day he will take my son from school and run away. How can I protect myself against this situation? Can i file for child custody? If yes, that's itself will take time, what do i do till then?

as you mentioned that you are living secretly from your husband for 1 year and you have a 7years old son you are worried about the custody and you have filed 125 crpc and domestic violence case against your husband but you are afraid that your husband might pickup your child from school and of the take tham out with you he is the natural guardian 7 years of the child for 7 years and if after any of the husband and wife file for custody than it is created on the basis of the consent of the child and also on the ground that
