My husband is not responsible about my kid

My husband applied for divorce without my knowledge. I dont want to give divorce. He is not bothered about kid financially nor emotionally with wife. What shall i do??

You must file objections to divorce case and counter claim for Restituion of conjugal rights under Section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act. it is very difficult for husband's to get divorce. not to worry about it. you can get maintenance for you and child.

if he has applied for divorce, just contest the matter and also file application for maintenance and education of your child, you can also claim other reliefs under domestic violence act, further in order to get divorce it is very much necessary to prove grounds of divorce which will not be easy and the divorce petition filed by your husband can be dismissed.
