My Husband is mentally harashing for Money

I am a earning female and my husband is asking my salary also to give to his family.When I denied now he left me at my home and filed a divorce case mentioning I am stealing his household item.Even he did police complaint. I have gone through domestic violence as well and that time I did not file a case in a dear of divorce..Now how can I prove all these
you can tell this in your defence in the same case that he has filed now.
And you can also file DV case against him, where will have to prove all these. Some can be proved, should take care not to contradict yourself while telling this in both cases.

To prove that you were facing domestic violence by the husband. You can mention any act of husband or in-laws which causes the women grave & critical injuries.
