As you told that your husband has died, he had two marriages, now you are the second wife, but after his death, the first wife is demanding a share in her husband's property, so she should legally go to her husband's property. You will get half of all the shares and you will get the money if there is any agreementIf it has not happened and if he has married you while his first wife is alive and he has not been divorced then legally the same is the case
