My husband insisted to buy a second hand car when we were in marriage. But in dispute the police is refusing to enter car amount in charge sheet. But the cars rc owner is still in car owners name. This is a different state (kerala) , my aadhar adress is of chennai They are not including car amount in chargesheet since it is with me Is it right

First, you need to transfer the car from the owner to your name at the RTO office in Kerala. After that, you can file a case in court to recover the amount not included in the cert. You need to change your address.
