My husband has not shared his new contact details

My husband has changed his contact number and has not shared it with me. Can it be a ground to file a case against him? He has already cheated me, so I am going ahead for a divorce. At present he is underground with no contact to anybody, including his family members. What can be done in this scenario? Thank you for your response in advance

Sorry to know about your situation. Unless you have the address of your husband you cannot file divorce case against him because filing of case will require service of notice to your husband. If his address is not known then notice will not be sent.

That only cannot be a ground if he has had extra marital affair or if he is torturing you or not taking responsibility of you or if you have a child if you can proof him as weong on basis of evidence you can file for divorce

First off all, file missing complaint with local police station. Yes, you are fully competent to file a FIR against your husband and that women under the provisions of adultery. In such a situation they will be punished for the offence what they had committed only.

Yes you can file divorce under section 13 1 ia under hindu marriage act on the ground of cruelty and if the period is more than 2 years then also under section 13 1 ib of Hindu marriage act and your information is incomplete so if u provide me correct details then I will guide u properly.
