Q: me and my few family members have been accused of domestic violence

Hello. My wife has registered a case under domestic violence by adding me and my few family members names. While me and my wife are seperated since more than 3.5 years and the last time i have met her is almost 2years back. all of the accusitions are false and the demand is meaningless (1 crore). Iam living abroad since 2013. my family living and based in chennai received the court order to appear on mumbai high court on 4aug. iam helpless and saddened. Please advise lega help. thank you.

if you and your wife have been living separately as per your knowledge that she has been not with you since 3.5 years so its not applicable and when did she filed the domestic violence against you if the court has sent notice to you and your family members you need to file your say

Q: My husband has not shared his new contact details

My husband has changed his contact number and has not shared it with me. Can it be a ground to file a case against him? He has already cheated me, so I am going ahead for a divorce. At present he is underground with no contact to anybody, including his family members. What can be done in this scenario? Thank you for your response in advance

That only cannot be a ground if he has had extra marital affair or if he is torturing you or not taking responsibility of you or if you have a child if you can proof him as weong on basis of evidence you can file for divorce

Q: Advice regarding extra marital affairs of husband

My husband is cheating on me since 2007. We are married for 17 years, but I had a medical history of depression. Till date he has had multiple affairs which he has accepted. I have a daughter aged 14 years whose responsibility will be taken by me and I am not financially independent as of today. I want a legal opinion as to what further can be done regarding this.

yes mam for that you can file for maintainance for your child and for yourself from your husband u/s 24 of interim maintainence in the family court of your jurisdiction for your all expenses against your husband

I Have Posted Property Ad On Magicbricks From There Fraudster Randeep Singh Got My Number And Claimed Himself As An Indian Army Soldier. He Gave All His Legal Documents And Batallion Information To Me And Even Did Video Call On WhatsApp Presenting Himself In Indian Army Uniform.....Then He Said He Wants To Make Deal Of My Property And Ask Me To Give My Google Pay Number. Then He Hacked My Phone And Transacted Sum Of Rs 5001 From My HDFC Bank Account.Transaction Id is 217826363030.....I Have Complained In The Local Police Station But Still No Response from Them And Even The Bank Is Denying To Refund My Money So What Should I Do Now Kindly Help Me Out Of This

please file a complain in cyber cell of your respective city and annexed the print out of the transaction with the application and if you have call recordings with him of the call and you wont get the money until its not recovered from him

Mam after one year of marriage if you are doing job and you are independent your husband can file maintainance from you but he cant claim your property which is own by your own income but if he is working and you have a child you can claim maintainance from your husband u/s 24 of maintainence act
