My husband has married another woman. What can I do?

Hi so basically I live in the UK. My husband works and lives primarily in Delhi but his family home is in ram kali, rhotak. We married in Delhi 2015 and we have 3 children together. I found out yesterday that he has married again while I am in the UK. What can I do? My husband is Hindu and I do not follow a religion
Maam you should immediately move for protection and restitution of your marital rights with your husband. Second marriage is illegal and voidable.
He has to dissolve his second marriage.
If you want to sue him then this is a valid ground for divorce and alimony also to punish him as per the law of the land.

as i have read in ur issue its serious in nature.
in the conditions where ur standing ringht now is very much stressfull i agree but still you are taking action so camly. i appriciate your patience mam. in this present case you are able. to rake criminal legal action against your husband . in the present action you can file legalcases against your husband for having two wifes at time as well as you can also file a case for domestic voilence along with 498a dowery cases as well . in result of which your husband will get immidiately arrested by the police as wellas he will not be able to get even bail. if you wish to take my help you are most wellcome. your husband will also get punishment for the act which he have done .

mam you can file a criminal complaint as well a case for divorce if you want to separate in that divorce case you can seek a heavy alimony for future for your children and you
another option is you can file a case for getting his marriage dissolved as he was already marriage
as he was married to you this second marriage is not valid as per hindu marriage act
