My husband has filled judicial seperation case against me on basis of

Hello.
My husband has filled judicial seperation case against me on basis of cruelty.
He stated that he has some of my audio recordings in which i abused him.
I am living at my matrimonial home itself and having a 1.5 year old baby girl.
I don't want seperation or divorce from him.
So my question is , Is that easy for him to get ?

Since you both are living separate and you do not want to get separate from him, you should immediately file a petition under section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act. You can read the section on google.
