yes women cell complaint automatically gets convert into FIR if police after probable enquiry come to the conclusion that case should be made out against the alleged person and your complaint will be considered as FIR

Hello, A chargesheet is prepared by the police and based upon that court frames charges. These are two different things which should be kept in mind. Charge is the simple recognition of offences for which the accused will be tried in the court

Q: Fraud by saugat electrical ,fridge purchase issue

I had purchased a 260liter LG fridge on instalment from capital First through suagat dealer in ambala cantt. But they gave me sharp fridge 180liter. I have already payed 3 instalments. But they are not giving LG fridge and I am being harassed since 3 months. What can be done

Q: Divorce or compromise with the situation

Me and my husband are hindu.he never loved me.i dont exist for him. I found him cheating on me.i can leave me but not that girl.they both say that they are just friwnd. I am at my maternal home from last 6 months.his family is very greedy.we have given them dowry..car as it was not directly asked.they always treat me like a slave. M am not considered a family mwmber.i loved him alot.i dont know whether i should take divorce or ask him first why did he marry to me if he didnt like me. And used to like other girl.

Hello,Since its your decision that whether you want to live with him or not, you are protected by law under section 498-A IPC regarding cruelty and s. 497 regarding adultery. Now it depends upon you whether you want to compromise, depart peacefully by filing mutual divorce with him under section 13B Hindu Marriage Act or you want to contest the matter under s. 498A-IPC, s.497 and s. 13 divorce of hindu marriage act. These are the options, now choice is yours. But mind you s. 497 adultery is now decriminalized and it is only a ground for divorce now.Thank You, Rishi Raj Narang (Advocate)

Q: Unpleasant behaviour of my husband and his family

It's being 2.5 years of my marriage. Since at the time from my marriage my husband behaviour towards me is no good and they always use to threatened me and my family for divorce and putting me behind the bar.the become very voilent.
