My husband had hacked phone for 3 years to track my activities
28-May-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Husband hacked phone with a doubt of extra marital affairs and to check if I'm sending money to my parents. I tried to educate him, warn him to stop spying but no use. Recently I uninstalled spy app from phone and stopped conversing with him. I neither had any extra marrital affairs nor sending money to parents though I had informed him that I need pay for education loan before marriage. He himself intrested in porn wanted me send nude photos of mine which is a mental torture.

Dear Madam,
Husband and Wife must share expenses of child equally. Since because both of you earning equal amounts but you seems to have more liabilities like paying towards educational loan etc the Court may consider your request and give you and your child maintenance and/or alimony.

For sure you will get alimony for your child. First you need to file domestic violence case against him.. then you need to file divorce. But never handover child to him or his family. you an also file criminal case under section 498A under IPC. so that you can get more alimony.
