My husband had extra marital affair with a divorcee

My husband had an illegal affair with divorced woman for about 2 years. The woman used my husband for many financial helps and there were fights and They both are decided to get separated due to many fights between them. And in a near police station they both agreed to separate and they Har the written proof for that. The woman has a child and she is claiming that he is my husband child but she is accepting for a DNA test. She is blackmailing my husband also that she will complain to police
you can file petition under HMA, and file a complaint under mental harassment and mental agony in the concerned person who is disturbing ur married life and u have to proceed, and much to the notice that these day courts are not entertaining DNA tests for children below of a particular age.
