My husband deserted me which compelled me to file sec125 although l told my husband gave in written to the court that l want to lead a healthy married life with my husband but my husband filed a contested divorce without any proof of his allegations.I have contested for4yrsbut after my husband cross exam he and his lawyer remained absent in the dates starts to delay n not doing the proceedings.I hv lost my parents it is impossible for me to stay all alone in my house l am unsafe andinsecure so l filed sec 9 as I don't want divorce want to lead a normal married life I made several efforts to-do so which I gave to the court as evidence.My husband after filing divorce in his cross exam in sec125 admitted in court that he want to lead a married life with me.He showed indifference negligence arrogance in actions n behaviour I hv proved the stated that I am victim of mental cruelty . I can't afford to delay anymore pl help me to dismiss the divorce n how to get satisfied order of sec 9

dear client as per your query I can only suggest that as per your query do go for maintenance but why you have gone for sec9 this is your wrong decision or suggestion given by your lawyer desertion is a good grounds for divorce but the allegations has to be seen and a strong ws/reply has to be filled by your lawyer for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.

in this situation you need to file a domestic violence act case against your husband. also making police complaint in 498a in police station. including with all your evidence. hopefully he come in pressure and ready for live with you.
