My husband consumes frequent liquor.

He is becoming a late comer, frequent party hunter. I have asked so many times & his behaviour is same from last 8 to 10 years. I thought he would change. But liquor, anger & short tempered looks never ending process. Can I send him a legal notice asking to stop all these things otherwise I will file for a divorce. Also, where to contact for this. Now it feels enough. I can't take it more. Pls help. He is a Sikh. I'm from punjabi hindu. Told his parents so many times but no results.

dear client as per your query I can only suggest that if you have a problem with your husband do talk to him in an elaborate way as you don't involve family members first then you can be able to get the details of what is the solution for as divorce is the last option if nothing else can be done in the relationship as you have children so can go for some activities where he could be the mentor for children for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.

I don't think mere sending legal notice can help you much, if there is any cruelty or domestic violence, etc you can go for judicial separation, and this judicial separation may become ground for divorce. But try to solve this issue amicably Advocate Ranjeet Sonker high court
