My husband cheating on me I have to kids and now he removed ne from hs

My husband remove me from his house with my two kids I m totally helpless I don't have any brother my dad is alone and my mother is bed ridden we r very poor plzzz help me where I go

You should go to police station and file complaint against him for physical and mental cruelty. Also file maintenance application in court for yourself and for both of your kids as per the criminal procedure code.

Approach Women Human Rights Commission and make their Office as your own Office. Do not worry at all. They will be compelled to provide you the Shelter. They will allocate you an alternate accomodation for living and appoint a lawyer on your behalf who will fight your case.

hi in this case you can proceed to file application before magistrate under domestic violence act for various reliefs. you can claim residential rights, maintenance and compensation etc from court you can also claim forbidden m divorce under the ground of adultery
