My husband cheated for me, we got married 2018it's one yr only complet

My husband cheated for me before marriage he told me for he has house and shop and all but now he don't have anything even he don't want go for work also... If it continue i can't live so... i need a divorce for him can iget that? I have 1girl baby i am thinking her future only... I'll take care of her future also but now i need divorce...
