Your case clearly amounts to domestic violence and cruelty. Even if you did not file an FIR earlier, you can still proceed now. File a written complaint/FIR under Sections 323, 498A, 506 IPC and also seek immediate protection, residence rights and maintenance under the DV Act, 2005. Police cannot refuse your complaint; if they do, approach the SP/DSP or file an application before the Magistrate under Section 156(3) CrPC. Lack of “proof” is not a barrier—your statement, past police visits, and any injuries or witnesses are sufficient. You may also seek divorce on grounds of cruelty. Do not delay; proceed legally for your safety and rights.

File a police complaint or approach a Women’s Police Station immediately. Lack of proof is okay, your statement matters. Seek protection order through DV Act and contact a lawyer or helpline for support.
