Q: Need advice on selling and purchasing property

We have 2 flats (on myself and wife name) and 1 independent house (on father's name). We sold both the flats and got a Plot. Now, we would like to sell independent house also and construct the house in the new plot purchased. Q1.Can my father sell the house and give me the money ? Will there be any tax implications ? Also, if he sells, should we include his name also in the new plot/house registration ?(OR)Should my father give me a gift deed or write a will on my name and then I call sell ?

FYI, as he mentioned, Last week, similar consensual activity occurred inside my car in Basement 3 - It was a little more than just kissing. All incidents happened inside my car(But No sex) - Should I be worried?

Q: Both parents are no more. How to get my share of ancestral property

We have an very old ancestral land. Both my parents expired some years back but still the property name is in my grand mother name. My grand mother has 3 sons in which one son(my dad) expired. My dad's elder brother is saying that property cannot come in my name as my dad is no more but they will keep the property in both living son's name. Once the property is distributed in their names, they will give me a gift deed. Is it possible to get the property registered on my name as 3rd share?

According to your question where clearly you can get your share despite your parents died also. In the ancestral property the person who have born in the same family have every right on it. If you want I’ll add you in this case.

According to your question where clearly wife wants to establish that the husband have sufficient means to pay the maintenance to the wife but intentionally sold the property which is having on his name and showing in court he is in poor condition.

Q: Registered Agreement of sale cum gpa with possession

There is registered AGPA with possession total consideration is paid by the agent to principal and later principal died. Still AGPA is valid. Can i purchase immovable property from agent. It is legal.
