My husband and mother in law threatens to kill me and my girl child

My husband neither gives me the maintenance not let me work for my daily living, daily verbal and physical abuse is also there mother in law interferes a lot in every personal matter, and threatens to kill me and my 1.5 yrs girl child and my parents as well neither provide a safe accomodation nor let me live with my parents. Dont know what to do and can I get maintenance if I start to work after filling the case. Also my husband has taken a loan of 4 lac on my name and not giving the Emi on time now which has ruined my credit score. Plz advice how to come out of this mess I dont want me and my child to stay with my husband and motherin law.

You can file an FIR against your husband and your mother in law and then police will take the action against them. If police doesn't take action then you can file an application before Metropolitan Magistrate of your district.
Yes you can get maintainance even if you start working because your husband is liable to borne the expenses and provide you and your daughter basic necessities although the maintenance will be little less in accordance to the circumstances and your and your husband's income but that is a point of a later stage. Right now you should file an FIR and should free yourself from the cruelty.
