My girlfriend is married and wanna run way to live with me

My girlfriend got married 1 year before .her husband has 2 children from first marriage .she is not happy and asked divorce from her husband. He said he won't give her divorce so she can't file for divorce .She now wants to run away and live with me in a live-in relationship.She she run away what case his husband can file against us.

According to recent judgment of supreme court adultery is no more offence now. Adultery can be a ground for divorce only. So if your friend is not willing to live with her husband then no body can force to live her with her husband. even the court cannot force. so it is advisable to file a petition against the husband for cruelty and domestic violence. Thereafter file a petition for divorce on grounds of cruelty. her husband can only get divorce upon this ground from his wife showing her adulterous nature. because adultery is no more an offence but only a ground of divorce. but if he feels grudge then he may also file false cases of kidnapping and abduction against you.
