My friend recently married, but not ready to go to her in-laws house, I feel she is liking some one who is already married and having kids, the man who told about her situation and condition to her family members that she is liking him, but he is not ready to marry her , after her marriage again he changed his tongue n he is encouraging her not to for her in-laws house and he suddenly sent a divorce notice to his wife, and he playing double game with girl and wife he is manipulating the girl
highly sensitive matter .
Here is the main point:-
Is that man really divorcing his wife or not?
why doesn't she want to go to her In-laws house?
Is she facing any harassment or dowry issues in her In-laws house?
which remedy she wants now?
Does she want to divorce her husband ?
Or
Is he blackmailing her ?
If so
She can file a police complaint under section 384 IPC.
criminal intimidation under Section 506 IPC.
