My father in law and I had some quarrel because of his behavior, I scolded him so he is taking revenge from my wife. from 7 months my wife is not talking with me as she is at her home because of pregnancy, recently she blessed with a child and they didn't not let me know of it and also my father in law blackmailed me if I come he will die. suddenly My wife reported a false case against me in police station saying I tortured her for additional money and she don't want to live with me now. Whatever she reported in police station, I can prove them wrong with the my chats with her and call records with in laws. Police sent us to counselling center. There my wife doing all the false allegations. I am trying to talk to her as she is under her father influence and she wanted to live separately with baby. now my ques is she attempted to delete my WhatsApp chat in the counselling session. Now tell me what all rights I have in this regard. Erasing evidence how can I use it to prove her wrong?

you can send notice for Restitution of Conjugal rights and custody / access right / visitation to your child. all this will eventually end up in reconciliation of your relationship or divorce, for which you have to move one step at a time. the notice draft may either set out grounds for divorce or reconciliation

You may file for restitution of conjugal rights under section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act before a competent family court of jurisdiction. This will provide you relief to meet your wife along with a mediator by the order of the said court and you can convince and turn back all odds in your favor.
