1. Appeal/Revision: Agar court ne divorce ya domestic violence ka case evidence ki kami ke chalte kharij kiya hai, to aap uske against higher court mein appeal ya revision petition file kar sakte hain, jismein aap apni gawahi aur bhai ki gawahi bhi record karwa sakte hain. Ye important hai kyunki aap dono primary witnesses hain. 2. Section 9 HMA (Restitution of Conjugal Rights): Jo case aapke father ne file kiya hai (Section 9), uska mukhya uddeshya hai patni ko wapas bulaana. Aapki mummy court mein yeh point raise kar sakti hain ki yeh case sirf isliye file kiya gaya hai kyunki aapke father aapki mummy ke income par dependent hain, aur unke saath rehna nahi chahte sirf financial support chahiye. 3. Maintenance and Protection: Agar domestic violence ka case dubara file nahi ho paa raha hai to aap log Maintenance (Section 125 CrPC ya Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act ke under) ka case file kar sakte hain. Ismein court husband se alag rehkar bhi maintenance de sakti hai. 4. Change Your Lawyer (if needed): Agar aapko lagta hai ki aapke lawyer ne proper tarikay se case nahi ladai (jaise gawahi nahi karwai), to aap kisi experienced aur reliable lawyer ko consult kar sakte hain aur unse case dobara file karne ya revise karne ki request kar sakte hain. 5. Evidence Collection: Future ke liye, jitni bhi cheezein ho rahi hain (calls, messages, photos, neighbours ki testimony, etc.) unka record rakhna shuru karein. Yeh sab cheezein court mein evidence ke roop mein kaam aa sakti hain. Conclusion: Aapke paas legal options hain, par ek achhe aur experienced family lawyer se consult karna zaroori hai jo aapke case ki complexity ko samajhkar aage ki strategy bana sake. Agar zarurat ho to Legal Aid ke through free legal help bhi mil sakti hai.
