My daughter was married on23.12.2018 and she want divorce

My daughter was married on23.12.2018. He is CA. After marriage she was mentally harassed by in-laws. He was not giving any pocket money to her. For everything she has to beg with in-laws. She was not allowed to go outside. She was locked inside the house. He was enjoying with his friends but not allowing to enjoy. All ornaments ,cloths, given by us was kept inside . For every talk he use to manhandle her. I brought her forcibly on 02.03.19. All ornaments and clothes are with them. Now she want divorce. Please give suggestions
You can file divorce under the provisions of quality and also you can file a case against the husband of your daughter and her in-laws under the provision of domestic violence at the latest as you can for application for recovery of Ornaments
