My dad hasnt paid for child support

My dad has not paid for child support issued by court he was supposed to pay 10000 every month 5000 for my mom and 5000 for me but he has not been regular with it he paid my mom only when asked for around or less then 10months and under those 6 years he was paying for my schooling for 4 years but not paying my mom a single rupee for those 4 years now for 1 year he paid for a few months which was not for me it was half of my school bills because he refused to pay for my school for when asked
