My case status showing "steps" and next hearing date is appeared

02-Apr-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I filed for divorce in mutual consent on 14/08/2021. My case number was 353/2021 in Jalpaiguri district court. Our 1st hearing was on 14/02/2022. Due to some reason our lawyer said that the case will be heard in next date. Then hearing happened on 09/03/2022. Then status of case showed "order" and the next date was on 16/03/2022. After 16/03/2022 the case status showed "steps". After 30/03/2022 I contacted my lawyer. He said that the Judge has raised legal question and the next hearing date is on 25/04/2022. Now I am totally in dark that why this is taking so long. Status of the case is still showing "steps". Can anyone tell me what legal question can the Judge raise now? And why is so?

have you appeared before the court at the day of 2nd hearing? in the case of mutual divorce generally when both parties are agreed no legal question likely to be come open but it depend case to case. in so many cases wrong drafting or incorrect statement in the drafting or petition makes trouble in smooth running of the case and lawyers generally don't disclose these facts. check your case record by visiting personality to the court or take any junior lawyer with you who can help you to check the record properly. don't be panicked or disappointed, take proper legal advice from any renowned practicener or in case of any suspicious actividy cheng your advocate. Thank you.
