I have seen your query carefully and found that your father in law want to get custody of your daughter on the basis of your remarriage. in cases related to custody, the prime focus and objective of the family court to ensure the welfare of the minor. you are the natural guardian of your daughter, and the court will consider you as the best person who can provide emotional and financial support to your daughter. So don't worry. if you need any further assistance or clarification then please contact me without any hesitation

on the above mentioned query please write down that as per guardian and wards act, the court could not transfer custody of female child other than her legitimate mother ever. if the grandparents wants custody, so they have only liberty to meet her once or twice in a every month in mother's current residence with prior information or concent. so don't bother about it.
