Mutual Divorce under UCC uttrakhand

Hello Sir,
i want to take mutual divorce with my wife and she has agreed upon it. however do i need to compulsory register my marriage under UCC to get divorce from family court in uttrakhand. our second motion is due for 6 months. please confirm. UCC has created lots of confusion
Since your case is already in motion, UC shall not curtail your rights to mutual divorce even in the absence of a registered marriage. Go forward with the second motion without a second thought if both of you have decided in favour of mutual divorce
